My name is XinzhuangLi. I'm a software engineer with over 3.5 years of professional experience specializing in OLAP engines. I have been following the Apache Doris project with great interest and am deeply impressed by its architecture and active community. Recently, I found myself having some dedicated time (about half a year or so) and a strong desire to contribute to this project. I have become familiar with the code base, the build process, and the contributor guidelines. To start effectively, I hope to receive some guidance to let me know where my efforts are most useful. I carefully reviewed the Doris Roadmap 2026. The AI and hybrid search sections left a deep impression on me, and I believe that is the future. I have time to devote myself to it and hope to complete a relatively independent and complete feature. Of course, I am also very willing to participate in any other modules that currently need the attention of more contributors. But it seems that I need a clear entry point. If possible, I would be very grateful if you could give me a brief initial guidance or a contact point to discuss the task details. I am ready to dive in.
