Hi all:


I would like to nominate Wenqiang Li as new Doris committer, whose GitHub id is 
Gabriel39.


Since Wen Qiang participated in the Doris community in 2022, he has now entered 
the top ten in terms of contributions.
He has contributed many important features including java udf, datetimev2, 
decimalv3, etc.
At the same time, he is also deeply involved in the development of the 
vectorization engine.


I believe Wenqiang can become the backbone of the Doris community.
