priority_networks is a configuration item of FE and BE that needs to be
written in fe.conf and be.conf. This configuration item tells the
configuration or process which IP should be bound to when FE BE starts. An
example is as follows:

  priority_networks=10.1.3.0/24

  This is a representation of CIDR (opens new window). FE or BE will match
the IP according to this configuration item as its own local IP.
