The problem should be that you used the external network address to access FE and opened the external network port of FE, but because your BE uses the internal network IP address in the cluster, stream load connects to FE for import, and FE just does a 307 Temporary redirection, FE will randomly select a BE from the cluster and temporarily redirect the request to this BE.
