This is the first binary release of Doris.
In rc03, I added the NOTICE files for all thirdparty dependencies, and use
single bianry package for all modules of Doris.
Here is my +1(binding), I checked:

[x] The source code matches the current release.
[x] LICENSE and NOTICE files are correct. and all binaries has releted LICENSE
and NOTICE files(If necessary).

[x] No compiled content is included in the source package.
[x] The compilation can be executed without problems.
