Hi All:
After about 6 month, we are about to make a new release of Doris.
We had an discussion[1] more than a month ago, and carried out a series of
preparations and tests before the release of the version.
And I would like to be the release manager this time.
The release note can be found here[2].
The coresponding branch can be found here[3].
And I also create a new tag 0.15.0-rc01 for this release[4]
If you have any comments, welcome to discuss. If there is no question, I will
start a vote a few day later.
