At present, the frequency of PR submissions by the community is relatively
high, and many of them are very good changes.
However, because the number of people participating in the review is small, and
the review may take up a lot of time,
some PRs may be delayed for a long time before the review starts, and some are
not even reviewed.

I think we need a mechanism to track the progress of these PRs to ensure that
all PRs can be effectively managed and maintained.
This not only helps project management, but also respects community
contributors.

I added a "Main features in development" section to the "Doris Weekly" email,
which records some issues or PRs that have been
submitted but not yet merged. If there is any omission, please reply to this
email to add. In this way,
we can ensure that PR can be reviewed and merged in a more timely manner.

If you have other suggestions, welcome to discuss.
