Hier steht nicht, dass der WikiBot alle *innerhalb* des Wikis
bestehenden Verlinkungen auf Seiten mit DE: in Seiten mit DE/ ändert.
Das wäre aber fundamental wichtig!
Clayton schreibt dazu: "The move and replace text scripts for the bot
have an option to parse all Wiki articles based on a textfile listing
all pages. They both also have an option to work on all pages referring
to a specific page title. So in theory it should be possible to find
all referencing links..."
