Das hat IMHO nichts mit der Datei oder deren Formatierungen zu tun, sondern mit dem Zustand des Programms. Lade mal zuerst irgendeine Datei der gleichen Applikation, bei der das PDF-Symbol nicht disabled ist. Lade dann deine "Problemdatei".
