1. This is a call for vote to release Apache DataSketches-memory candidate
version: 4.1.0-RC1
NOTES:
- This version of Memory is explicitly for Java 17.
- It will not compile or run on Java versions 8 or 11
- It will not compile on Java 21, but it should run on Java 21.
- We do not support non-LTS Java versions.
* Key Changes from Releases 4.0.0*
- This fixes a bug where it would not compile on Windows

- This vote will close no earlier than Thursday, Nov 14, 2024, 4:00
PM Pacific.
