A little late to the discussion but i definitely would recommend using GitHub discussions. It allows for tracking/SEO of discussions so if there are frequent questions/FAQs, they are easier to bubble up. For some of the communities I help with, we’ve been actively moving more and more discussions from Slack to GitHub and have found this flow to be more useful. HTH!
