@dufoli seems to be the test issues, the culprit is
`ClassGeneratorClassLoader`, which has many subclasses, fe
`WrapperClassGenerator`, `ExtensionClassGenerator`, so what is happening is
that each test case creates own `TypeHelperClassLoader` & generate classes but
at the same time sees the classes generated by previously instantiated
`TypeHelperClassLoader` from preceding test case (I can see that very well in
the WrapperClassInInterceptor::handleMessage,
`wrappedObject.getClass().getClassloader()` !=
`helper.getClass().getClassloader()`), when you run the test case in isolation
- no issues.
At this point we may need to resurrect I believe:

protected static final Map<ClassLoader,
WeakReference<TypeHelperClassLoader>> LOADER_MAP
= new WeakIdentityHashMap<>();
protected static final Map<Class<?>,
WeakReference<TypeHelperClassLoader>> CLASS_MAP
= new WeakIdentityHashMap<>();
```
