Hi,
This test also failed on Hudson CI, so I investigate it a little bit
and found that this commit[1] cause this problem.
Before this change, the MustUnderstandEndingInterceptor is added for
server side in any case, after this change,
MustUnderstandEndingInterceptor is only added for server side when
notUnderstandHeaders isn't empty. Not sure current logic is wrong or
what we need is just refactor the wrong testcase.
