Specifically, the following code:
if (fault.getRole() != null)
{
writer.writeStartElement("faultactor");
writer.writeCharacters(fault.getRole());
writer.writeEndElement();
}
The <faultactor> element is a SOAP 1.1 artifact, which should be
mapped to <Role> in SOAP 1.2.
