X.509, yea, as the MS tests cover that pretty well.   UT, not sure.   Using UT 
as an encryption token thing, probably not.   I need to get together with Colm 
next week to figure out what he did in wss4j so I can enable that.   It can 
pass UT tokens and such, but not using them for encryption/signing keys.
