Should the CXF builds really take multiple hours to run? or are things stuck?
The CXF builds are running on a shared build machine. At the moment they are taking multiple hours, e.g. [1], during which time other runs are blocked. If they really take that long then infra need to help allocate dedicated resources -- otherwise please fix it.
