Do you have some first hand experiences what things do or do not work? I would be very interested in building WSDLs with my attempt that work on a wide range of platforms.
.... it's not so much a case of things not working: it's more that service consumers may end up using an interface with bloated or ill- understood naming. It's a good idea when designing WSDL contracts is to pump it through the WS frameworks you're going to use, for example Artix C++, Axis, FUSE, gsoap, .Net... you get a feel for naming schemes that work well across your client technologies.
