More on annotations. The JavaScript generator wants to have some annotations. It gets into the act after the RFSB is all gone. So it needs an annotation scheme that recognizes some general schema for annotations on relevant items and hangs them off of the service model.
Further, I think that all our 'proprietary' annotations should live in one JAR, so that someone can easily include them in code when not deploying a service.
