Hi Honey I am using the anatomical site mention in my pipeline, but at the moment, the results are extremely poor. To be honest though, I have not had time to see how it is implemented. The results fall into three categories

That last example gives a hint as to the implementation and its limitations. One day if I have time, I will have a look Peter Peter On Fri, Jun 5, 2020 at 11:54 PM Honey gandhi <gandhihoney...@icloud.com.invalid> wrote: > Is there any other way to find relationship between medication and its > dose/route/frequency or between anatomical site and its sign symptoms? > > Thanks, > Honey G. > > > On 06-Jun-2020, at 12:09 PM, Peter Abramowitsch <pabramowit...@gmail.com> > wrote: > > > > Some granular areas are unfinished in cTakes and in these cases, > attributes > > mentioned are just placeholders for functionality that needs to be filled > > in.
