Hi Reed, If you make any changes in ctakes-gui module, you can build the ctakes-gui module using the following command:
mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true Then you can pick up the updated ctakes-gui jar file from 'ctakes-gui\target' folder and replace the same in your project from where you are running cTAKES.
