Hi Sirisha, Matthew Vita made an excellent video that contains some instructions on creating a custom dictionary for ctakes. The default dictionary contains only umls cuis, snomed ct and rx_norm codes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aOnafv-NQs You want to create a dictionary containing CPT codes.
