Hi Kean,

You are correct - I moved the collections from the dictionary module to core.
It makes more sense to have them there so that other modules can use them. One
thing that you can try: copy the 3.2.3 core.util.collection package into 3.2.2
core.util.collection.

You can do this easily with the code. If you are working with .jar files (on
windows) you can actually rename them with .zip, copy the package directories,
then rename back to .jar I think that if you are on linux this trick may not
work, but I've never tried it.

Subject: ctakes-dictionary-lookup-fast-3.2.3-20170301.120140-151 runtime error

Hi Sean,

I'm using the 3.2.3-SNAPSHOT version of your lookup-fast module (because I
created custom dictionaries with your GUI (which rocks (your work isn't taken
for granite))). Since yesterday's update, it's throwing this error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/ctakes/core/util/collection/CollectionMap

Otherwise my pipeline uses 3.2.2 components; is that the problem? Has
CollectionMap moved out of the lookup2 package? Backing off to
3.2.3-20170225.120001-150 for the time being.

Thanks,
Kean
