No problem, I probably feel to noisy. Sorry for that. I have very holistic approach to maintaining code, and likely cTakes will be core part of application, so I try to minimize my frictions on maintaining that dependency. If this is gives you too much trouble, I apologize for that.
I soon will start updating dependencies to have latest versions where possible. If you think it would be valuable to cTakes itself, I could share my changes when I finish upgrade process.
