Tested on FreeBSD/amd64 13.3-RELEASE with Erlang/OTP 25.3.2.12, Elixir 1.16.3,
OpenJDK 1.8.0_412 (Ports Collection defaults) with QuickJS as default and
Clouseau enabled. All the checksums and checks pass, the code builds fine.

I would like to propose that we release Apache CouchDB 3.4.0.
This is RC3.
Thanks to Ronny for discovering and reporting the issue with the RC2
configure script on Windows.

We encourage the whole community to download and test these release
artefacts so that any critical issues can be resolved before the
