Step 1. go to https://readthedocs.org/projects/couchdb/downloads/
Step 2. download any one of the HTMLZip archives for any version (1.4.0 -
latest)
Step 3. unzip the file
Step 4. notice that there's no {{api/index.html}} or anything (which should be
there, based on [this page |
http://couchdb.readthedocs.org/en/1.6.1/api/index.html]). From the main page,
you'll also see a broken link for the "HTTP API Index".
