Fixed bad windows temp file.
I've even "tested" it as much as I compiled couch_plugins.beam and replaced
the old beam file of my windows CouchDB installation and posted some data to
/_plugins.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/oreinecke/couchdb-couch-plugins master

Fixed bad windows temp file.
Windows apparently also accepts normal slashes, so this pretty much does
the trick.
