[~garren] I'd attached the screenshot. Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on "+New" for Secondary indexes
2. Click "Save & Build Index"
3. Click on "Design Doc Metadata" tab - it will be empty as on screenshot. If
you reload the page it will show the data.
