Our current installation installs the info manual into '/usr/local/share/info'
and attempts to call 'install-info' to get the correct entry added to the 'dir'
file. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work. If you run 'info' and then
navigate to CouchDB, it fails. If you run 'info CouchDB' it fails.
Running 'info -f /usr/local/share/info/CouchDB' works.
