Does anyone have any reason to delay a [email protected] patch
release?

The main rationale for this patch release is to correct iOS behaviour
which currently does not
produce DOM-usable URLs via `FileEntry.toURL` method when the app is
configured to use schemes.
It's necessary patch to be better compatible with the Camera plugin, and
likely other plugins that require
producing DOM-usable urls (Media, Media-Capture, etc).
