Hi Jesse,

After talking to Myrle, our Treasurer, I suggest a small change to the proposed
process.

The Cordova PMC still needs to identify names, apache ids, and maximum spend
for each item.

But Treasury also need a person (coordinator) who will take responsibility for
actually issuing the cards for each purchaser. This will require that person to
log into the Ramp system, fill a small form, and then send the credit card
information to the purchasers. Training on the Ramp system should take about 10
minutes via a Zoom call with me. Actually issuing the card should take the
coordinator about 5 minutes for each card issued.

I'm looking forward to working with you on the details. For now, a vote to
approve the names, apache ids, maximum spend per purchaser, and coordinator
will get the ball rolling on this.

Warm regards,
Craig
