As far as I know, WKWebView was going to be integrated into cordova-ios, and as I understand it, it's not going to be a real plugin, but a method in cordova-ios to switch the webview at runtime.
Looking at cordova-ios repo I couldn't find anything about the WKWebView integration, so looks like nobody is working on it yet.
