I can recreate that issue when using the current mobilespec instructions. I reported it in the CLI repository: https://github.com/apache/cordova-cli/issues/362 But I am currently also working through the whole mobilespec project (see the thread I created yesterday here) and will create several PRs to fix the instructions. If you _just_ want to have a working mobilespec project, use the `--global` argument for `createmobilespec.js`. This uses the global `cordova` and downloads the platforms and plugins from NPM, but it creates a working app. -J Am Sa., 24.
