Ya Jesse. While creating hello world app as mentioned in https://github.com/apache/cordova-coho/blob/master/docs/platforms-release-process.md#2-hello-world-app-with-cordova-cli I got the error regarding plugin installation but android platform addition was successful. As you said its not a blocker. But unfortunately I m not able to provide the details Julio asked for as the setup is in my office desktop. Will get back with more details on this.
