Lock down jasmine to ~2.6.0, update npm scripts npm scripts now invoke jasmine in a compatible manner for jasmine 2.6.0. ### What does this PR do? Locks jasmine to ~2.6.0, and updates the `npm run unit-tests` and `npm run e2e-tests` scripts to invoke jasmine without the no-longer-supported `--color` and `--captureExceptions` options. ### What testing has been done on this change? Ran locally.
