I vote +1:
 - nightly CI builds for cordova-android have two failures, but they
are both "connection broken" ones. (cc @alsorokin). otherwise looks
good. I attribute this to a CI server hiccup:
    *
http://cordova-ci.cloudapp.net:8080/view/Periodic%20builds/job/cordova-periodic-build/PLATFORM=android-5.1,PLUGIN=cordova-plugin-globalization/279/console
    *
http://cordova-ci.cloudapp.net:8080/view/Periodic%20builds/job/cordova-periodic-build/PLATFORM=android-4.4,PLUGIN=cordova-plugin-battery-status/279/console
 - created a mobilespec app using the createmobilespec.js helper via
`./cordova-mobile-spec/createmobilespec/createmobilespec.js --android
--variable
"FILETRANSFER_SERVER_ADDRESS=\"http://evening-reaches-13417.herokuapp.com\""`
(with cordova-android using the 6.1.1 tag, and prod-released plugins).
looks good, tested on a Pixel running Android 7.1.1
 - created a hello world app using the cli via `cordova platform add
../cordova-android` and ran it just fine on Pixel running Android
7.1.1.
 - tested ./bin/create script and its generated ./cordova/build and
./cordova/run scripts. once again: works fine on a Pixel w/ Android
7.1.1
