On a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 system, I:
1. installed node 6.2.0
2. installed cordova-6.2.0
3. Created a new project
4. Then `cordova platform add
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-ubuntu.git#4.3.4`

I get an error:
Error: Failed to fetch platform null@
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-ubuntu.git
Probably this is either a connection problem, or platform spec is incorrect.
Check your connection and platform name/version/URL.
Error: Cordova library "null" not recognized.

I tested adding the platform on OS X (w/ node 6.2.0, cordova-6.2.0), it was
fine without error.
