Hello Cordova on Android does not have any code behind the Geolocation plugin. I know that people want to add code, but the Geolocation is entirely handled by the browser, and the specification does not go that low level into the GPS hardware to determine the number of satellites.
If you wanted to do this, you would have to implement your own third-party GPS plugin.
