+1 The code that uses NPM version of cordova-app-hello-world in cordova-lib is currently on a branch <https://github.com/apache/cordova-lib/blob/copy-from-app-hello-world/cordova-lib/package.json>. Should we merge it now to start using the npm version of hello world?
