@Ally, The tools in Cordova are tied to certain specific releases of Cordova for now. Going forward, the updates for Cordova will be rolled into Visual Studio's normal quarterly update cycle. Are you looking at something sooner? Please let me know and I can relay that to the Visual Studio team at Microsoft.
