Android IAB navigates to about:blank instead of using "destroy()"

Wondering if this was intentional or not.

Seems likely we'd want to null out the reference the the IAB and call
destroy() on it when it's closed. Maybe even do this instead of navigating
to about:blank. Are there known bugs around it?
