Not sure when 3.1.0 is slated to be released, but it's likely I will miss the window for helping out with the release -- if someone can pick up the release/testing baton for iOS that will be great. I doubt I will get to Cordova OS X CLI issues for 3.1.0, it will have to wait for a future release. Trying to finish up any remaining CLI issues for iOS. The ios-sim and ios-deploy tools used by cordova-ios are under the "phonegap" organization in Github, and if patches are needed any of the Adobe committers have access to them.
