3.0.0 passing on iOS

I've just re-enabled the vibration API on iOS and Android, in the
cordova-plugin-vibration repo.

As of now, I have all 270 auto tests passing on iPad and iPhone, and
everything except the accelerometer/compass tests passing in the simulator.
