I am attempting to figure out why the Camera feature CDVCameraPicker which
extends UIImagePickerController will not change the language based on the
device language setting. I am not sure if this is a bug or if this is the way
UIImagePickerController is supposed to behave in general. Any advice on how to
get this working in French when the device is in French would be greatly
appreciated.
