The repository's homepage ("About") link currently points to
`https://comdev.apache.org/`. This sets it to `https://community.apache.org/`
via the `.asf.yaml` `github.homepage` field.

The asfyaml infrastructure bot applies this to the GitHub repo's homepage
automatically once merged to `main` (it won't change until then).
