Understanding the structure in gsoc 2026

Hi Team,
I am Rounak Sultane Software developer currently contributing to apache
airavata organization and what to know that,in gsoc if apache airavata
don't have projects to contribute then what should I do? As I am engage
only one organization.Should I directly write proposal?
