working on COMDEV-560, I ran for the first time since a long time ago
parseprojects.py that parses and checks DOAP files
I was was surprised to see a lot of WARN that looked interesting
we need an approach:
1. to make these visible
2. to communicate with project in charge of the affected DOAP
and anticipate that some committees will need help, and perhaps evolution of
our DOAP conventions (like for example the list of languages and categories)
