This is great but I would warn projects against duplicating information. Most
of these things should be listed or linked right from the project's homepage,
in which case the "where are things" page can simply point people there. I
would definitely encourage projects to use their homepage for (most of) this
information.
Also, "List (active?) PMC members" should IMO be a link to
[https://people.apache.org/phonebook.html] or whimsy so that it stays current.
That can be combined with manually maintained information for emeritus members
and the like like we do at Sling,
[https://sling.apache.org/project-information/project-team.html]
Lastly, I would also recommend having an obvious "where are things" link on a
project's homepage, that links to this page.
