With my board hat on, I’d encourage you to simply omit those statistics, and instead talk about your perception of community velocity/health/sustainability. Are there threats to the future of the project? Is the community engaged and moving forward? Yes, it is frustrating when the tooling breaks, but the board report is more about introspection about the resiliency of your community than it is about specific data points. — Rich Bowen rbo...@rcbowen.com
