FWIIW - to my non-native ear - Sharpeners comes across as 'so' antagonistic
that it nearly negates the good the role could bring. Even Shapers is a bit on
the strong side.

Helpers, Ushers, Coaching, Cleaner, Chaperon, Dragoman, Polishing, Refining,
Assisting, Shepards, herder, grazier, guide, usher, consierge --- happy to
leave this to native speakers :)
