Hey, ComDev folks,

Sebb sent the below to board@ earlier today, and I took it upon myself
to ping some of these projects, in the hopes that we can get better
data about our projects.

It's bugged me for a while how many of our projects have meaningless
descriptions, and it's been on my list for a long time to go around and
encourage/help these projects to write better descriptions, so that
beginners can have some notion of what they are looking at.

Sebb's email looks like a really great place to start.

So, I'm working through this list:
https://boxofclue.com/doap_projects.txt by sending each project a
reminder of the process, and the reasons it matters (See
https://hackmd.io/AtAuQ60JRbWcH8-OsCHccQ for my template). I am not
planning to do all of these at once, so if someone else wanted to pick
up at some other point in the list and work through, that would be fine
- just report back so we don't gang up on any PMC.

*Hopefuly* we'll either start seeing some new DOAP files, or we'll see
some feedback here on this list about problems encountered.

Thanks, again, Sebb, for your attention to detail.
